Shipping & Returns

Notes regarding shipping of items from this site:

  • Delivery is via standard postal (air mail) service, unless otherwise noted.
  • Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
  • If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
  • Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.

Like most retailers that provide delivery services, we can only guarantee the delivery of items to the shipping address as specified by our customers. It is the responsibility of the customers to evaluate and decide if their shipping address is suitable for purchase delivery. We will not be held responsible for any item reported missing once the item(s) has been successfully delivered to the specified shipping address.

To assist us with processing your order, please provide your landline number as well as a mobile number.

i. Australian Deliveries (2-3 business days)
For delivery to major States, Territory cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 1-2 working days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 days.

ii. World-Wide Deliveries (5-10 business days)
For delivery to other countries, typically allow around 1-2 weeks.

After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with full order details. Our staff will process your order within 24 hours once payment is received.

RETURNS

We will typically not accept returns unless the product is faulty. In this case, it is up to ourselves or suppliers to choose either to "make good" with a replacement unit if we decide the product was, in fact, faulty, or to refuse a replacement if the product is deemed to not be faulty (according to advertised characteristics).

We may also choose to refund for purchases if a replacement is not available or it is not reasonable for us to provide a replacement.

Any refund in such a case will be minus handling and administrative costs.

To return any faulty item, please contact us first for a return code and address, then package and send the product.
